Events
Wooster Country Club welcomes members and non-members to book events at our beautiful facility.
 
We have multiple room options for different sized groups.
 
Main Dining Room – seats up to 170 or 150 with a dance floor. Contains a beautiful fireplace, bar, built in projector screen and four flat screen TV’s. Access to outdoor balcony with soft seating.
 
South Bays – seats up to 68 and contains a built in projector screen.
 
Lower Club Room – perfect for private board meetings up to 20 people or a simple cocktail hour setting. Access to lower patio and 52” flat screen TV.
 
Lower Patio – outdoor seating up to 20 under canopy, additional seating available outside of canopy cover. Casual seating only.
  
Every event comes with the traditions of excellence of a country club and a staff to surpass expectations. Book us for your next Wedding Ceremony, Reception, Baby or Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Golf Outing, Birthday Party, Business Meeting or Holiday Party.
  
All food and beverage is to be provided by Wooster Country Club except Cakes, Cup Cakes and Cookies that are allowed to be brought in with the permission of the Wooster Country Club.
 
For all non-members, a non-refundable facility fee is charged for the room. This is in addition to any and all food, beverage and rental fees. For pricing, please download our Catering Guide below.
  
All events are subject to a 20% Service Charge on the total bill and 6.5% sales tax.

Dinner:  5:00pm  ~  9:00pm
No Dinner Service on Tuesday in April

Lunch:  11:00am  ~ 4:00pm
Easter Brunch, April 20th, 2025

No Dinner Service on Tuesday beginning in October

Lunch:  11:00am ~  4:00pm
No Saturday Lunch Service in December
Dinner:  5:00pm  ~  9:00pm
 
Sunday
Santa Brunch will be held Sunday on December 15th, with seatings at 11:00am & 1:00pm
There will be no additional Brunches or Lunch Service on Sundays in December.
