We are trying to keep our membership as informed as we possibly can with any changes the Club is making.

Reopening the Club!

Dear Members,

It is with great enthusiasm we welcome everyone back inside the Clubhouse. As we reopen the dining room beginning Thursday, May 21st, there will be a number of changes made. Our staff will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of all members, staff and guests. As we work to remain compliant with the health department and Governor DeWine’s Orders, the following guidelines will be implemented.
  • Due to the 6 ft. social distancing, reservations for lunch and dinner will be required.
  • Dining room tables must be staged 6 ft apart from one an another, limiting our total seating.
  • All reservations will be honored first, while walk-ins may be asked to wait to be seated.
    • Those waiting for a table will be asked to do so on the terrace or in their vehicle.
  • There will be no more than 8 people at any one table.
  • Tables may not be pulled together at any time.
  • Bars stools will be limited and spread out providing 6 ft distancing.
  • Club staff will be required to wear face coverings/masks while servicing members and guests.
    • For your own safety and that of others, we recommend all visitors do the same.
  • Upon arrival for your reservation, members are being asked to go directly to their seats and not visit with others in the dining room.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available around the Club for your convenience

Along with opening, we are also excited to announce that Chef Tim has created new menus for both lunch and dinner. We hope you will all get a chance to come in and try his new creations.
Upon reopening, the Club dining hours will be as follows;
  • Mondays ~ CLOSED
  • Tuesdays ~ 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Wednesday – Saturday ~ 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Sunday ~ 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, the Club will be open from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday following will be like a typical Monday and will be CLOSED!

Other items of interest.

Tennis:
The tennis courts are now set up and ready for play. We have been given the go ahead to open the tennis courts on a limited basis. Beginning Tuesday, May 26th, the courts will be available for member play only! However, the following restrictions will be in place until further notice;
  • Member play only at this time, NO guests.
  • Play is limited to SINGLES play only. Two people per court at any given time unless from the same household.
  • Players must provide their own tennis balls, racquets, towels and drinking water.
  • No group or individual lessons are permitted at this time.
  • Court reservations are to be made through the Country Club office at 330.263.1890.

As the tennis program opens for additional play and programs, we will provide notification via email and social media to our members.
Pool:
The Lieutenant Governor announced today that pools may open on Tuesday, May 26th. Additional information will be made available by tomorrow afternoon with regards to what the opening will look like. Once we have had a chance to review and add these requirements to our staff guidelines, we will provide a follow up email with that information to the membership. We look forward to seeing everyone on opening day May 26th.

Golf:
On May 12th, the Pro Shop as part of the retail openings is now available for purchasing merchandise. We hope everyone will take advantage of the great products that Kelly has in his shop.

Beginning on Wednesday, May 27th, the driving range will be available for your use. Strict 6 ft. social distancing must be adhered to in order for the facility to remain open.
  • Range will be available Tuesday through Sunday 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
  • Range will be closed on Mondays

We will also be going to 8:00 am tee times on Tuesday, June 2nd, with golf carts to be returned by 9:00 pm. Social distancing of 6 ft. is required when golfing at all times. There may only be 4 players per group at any time. We continue to receive calls about groups on the golf course with larger than 4 people playing together and not social distancing. We ask that all members please adhere to these requirements when playing. If we continue to have people calling in about the country club, there is a good possibility that we could be fined or shut down all together.

Lastly, as it pertains to bringing food or alcohol of any kind on the premises; “Ohio state law prohibits members and guests from bringing alcohol on site, including onto golf course.  No personal ice chests or coolers permitted on facility property.”  (Ohio Revised Code: 4301.62)
The Club can be in jeopardy of losing its liquor license if we were reported or visited by the state liquor control board. We ask that everyone please refrain from bringing these items on the grounds. Canned beer is available for purchase through our member honor cooler next to the Pro Shop.

Thank you again for all of your support and understanding during this very difficult time-frame. We look forward to visiting with everyone as you return to the Club.

Regards,
